TERMS and CONDITIONS
ORGANIC LIFE NEW ZEALAND LIMITED:
(otherwise referred to hereunder as we/us/our)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Our refund and returns and refund policy lasts for 3 days following your receipt of product.
As well as advising within 3 days that you are returning an item, you need to send the item back within those 3 days.
The item being returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item being returned must be in the original packaging.
An item is to be returned only when fault on our part is alleged.

(i) COST:
We use New Zealand Post Couriers for delivery within New Zealand.
For International Deliveries we use New Zealand post.
- Shipping costs within New Zealand are shown on the payment section on the website once the order is completed. Freight costs are calculated within Auckland, North Island and South Island. Extra charge for Rural Addresses.
- International Shipping cost is calculated per volumetric and the weight per Kilogram (Kg).
Organic Life New Zealand Limited will directly contact you to discuss the prices prior to charging your order.
(ii) PROCESSING OF ORDERS:
Orders will be processed once full payment is received in the nominated New Zealand bank account or via Credit Card.
Parcels are generally ready for dispatch within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday) upon our receipt of full payment from you. We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
If there are any delays in dispatch we will notify you immediately.
(iii) SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMEFRAME:
- Within New Zealand Deliveries: We use New Zealand Post Courier.
The standard shipping time is 1 to 3 working days Monday to Friday after the dispatching. The day of delivery will vary depending upon where within Auckland, North Island and South Island the parcel is being sent to.
Rural Deliveries will take longer than delivery to cities/towns.
- International Deliveries: We use New Zealand Post International Deliveries.
The shipping time will vary depending on the country of destination.
Some countries have longer custom clearance time and this may significantly delay the delivery of your parcel.
- Peak Christmas Season: In the months of November and December.
Delays in delivery can occur at this time. We will provide updates on our website.
(iv) DELIVERY TIME:Please note that the delivery will depend upon the time when the parcel has been shipped. The transit times are as below:
- New Zealand (non-rural addresses): 1 – 3 working days
- New Zealand (rural addresses): 1 – 5 working days
- Australia: 4 to 10 working days
- Rest of the World: 10 to 20 working days (depending on speed of custom clearance in the country of destination).
Please Note: The timeframe starts only when the order has been dispatched by us, not from the date your order is placed in our website. Orders falling on the weekend will be processed on the immediate following work day (Monday to Friday excluding public holiday). Please note that we have no control on the delivery time once the parcel has been dispatched by us.
(v) METHODS OF SHIPMENT:
All New Zealand Parcels are sent via courier with track and trace.
International Parcels are sent via New Zealand Post Economy with track and trace.
Express shipping is only available to some country of destinations. Please email us for a quote if you require this service for express delivery.
(vi) COMPENSATION POLICY:
For Domestic Policy: If you receive your parcel and it is damaged, please retain all the outer and inner packaging, take photos of outer packaging and damaged goods and email to inquiry@organiclifenz.com
Failure to do so may result in compensation being forfeited.
For International Policy:
Organic Life New Zealand Limited will not accept any liability for or make compensation payments for loss of parcels or delayed delivery of parcels halted by customs. From time to time shipments are held by customs and subject to inspection fees.
Organic Life New Zealand Limited is not liable for such fees.
(vii). MISSING PARCELS:
If you have not received your parcel within the delivery time frame specified previously you must contact us immediately at inquiry@organiclifenz.com
We will advise you on the process on a case per case basis. Please Note: Organic Life New Zealand Limited will investigate the delayed delivery.
Please note that advices of non-receipt of parcels outside of 30 days from initial dispatch will not be considered.
Please note, we accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to their having been delivered to your home/ business. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.
(viii). RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All returns items must be received by us within 10 days from the date of dispatch.
If we have sent an incorrect Item then we will send the correct one to replace.
If you have changed your mind and decide that you no longer require a product then the following will apply. We will provide you a refund. However the cost of returning the unwanted item back to us (shipping cost) is yours. Please ensure that the item is in good condition and undamaged for a refund to be provided.
If a parcel is returned to us by the shipper due to an incorrect mailing address having been provided by you then we a refund of the purchase is given (excluding shipping cost and handling fee).
(ix). ADDRESSING STANDARD AND GUIDELINES
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate, complete and correctly formatted. If you are unsure, please check your country’s post office website.
All addresses should either be a valid Street address that consists of a Unit/building number, street number, street name, suburb and town or a valid PO Box address which will consist of PO Box/Private Bag number, suburb and town.
Most countries require postcode/zip code, state, region and town. New Zealand addresses must have the suburb listed.
If your parcel will be delivered to a business address then you must include the business name. If your address is an apartment building, please ensure to provide the apartment building, unit number, street number and street being returned to us by courier, or the parcel being lost.
Refunds are not provided when the address you provide is not correct in all respects.
(x). DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
You can provide to us specific instructions for the courier for when delivering your parcel… i.e. leaving the parcel at the back door of your property if you are not home …that it is safe for the courier to access your property when there is a dog there …. preferred time of day for delivery …etc.
(xi). OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
When you bring goods into your country from an overseas location you become an importer. You are then legally responsible for abiding by the import laws relating to the country of destination. We are not responsible for the refund of any items that are opened, damaged, seized or destroyed by the Customs in any country to which a parcel is delivered.
(xii). NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS/DELIVERIES TO THESE COUNTRIES
We advise the difficulties of Customs requirements in these listed countries. We will not take responsibility for any issues incurred.
The listed countries are :- All Middle East Countries, Dubai, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Mexico, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Greece, Russia and Ukraine.
(xiii). OVERSEAS ORDERING
Please note, orders for product to be sent overseas by us are to be through email to inquiry@organiclifenz.com
Our acceptance of such order will be on a case-to-case basis.
(xiv). WEIGHT OF PARCEL FOR COURIERING
Should you require in excess of 1Kg of product to be delivered by courier, then you will need to contact us to discuss options/pricing.
